1. ⁠Semua permohonan pemulangan atau bayaran balik mestilah dibuat dalam tempoh 7 hari selepas pesanan diterima.
 ⁠All return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Kos penghantaran bagi pemulangan atau pertukaran adalah ditanggung oleh pelanggan.
Returns and exchanges will be at the customer’s own cost.

3. Bagi item yang rosak atau tidak tepat, kami menyarankan pelanggan untuk merakam video semasa membuka bungkusan bagi melindungi pelanggan dan memudahkan proses pengesahan.
For damaged or incorrect items, customers are kindly encouraged to record an unboxing video to help protect customers and ensure a smooth verification process.

4. ⁠Bayaran balik yang diluluskan akan diberikan dalam bentuk kredit kedai (store credit) sahaja.
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.

I would like to emphasize that my concern is not about the items I purchased, but about the unprofessional conduct of the staff at Gempikat.
My appointment was scheduled at 2:30 PM, and I arrived earlier at 1:30 PM. I knocked on the door several times, but there was no response, despite the presence of CCTV outside. It is difficult to understand how my presence could have gone unnoticed. At the same time, a Grab rider was also waiting, yet the staff did not attend to him and instead asked for the food to be left outside.
I had to request the rider’s assistance to call again before a staff member finally responded from inside, asking, “Yes, what is it?” I informed them that I was there for self pick-up. When I politely asked if I had interrupted their lunch break, the staff hesitantly replied, “Yes,” and proceeded to hand over my items without any basic courtesy or professionalism.
Additionally, the manner in which I was treated made me feel as though I was asking for the items free of charge, when in fact I am a paying customer. This was both inappropriate and unprofessional.
I am not certain whether the individual was the owner of Gempikat or a staff member; however, regardless of their position, such behaviour is unacceptable and does not reflect proper customer service standards.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism at all times.
This experience was disappointing and has affected my confidence in your brand, despite my recent purchases. I strongly urge your team to improve staff attitude, customer engagement, and overall service professionalism.
