Check Before Giving

I love the jacket! It's definitely different from what I usually see in stores, but I would like to recommend for you guys to do a quality check before giving it to the customers. There were lots of threads fraying out, and the buttonholes weren't sizeable, as it was really hard to push the buttons through; therefore, I had to manually use a knife to make the holes bigger, resulting in creating a hole too big. Oh! And the thread that keeps the cuffing of the sleeves, I feel, can be reinforced stronger, as it was merely a few strands of thread sewn together. Services should also be checked, as I had to wait for days and a double text for a reply on Instagram. For the price of the jacket, I feel you do deliver a bit, kind of in quality, but emphasising on the pricing, you should and/or must do better. Anyways, I still loved the jacket!
