To purchase GEMPIKAT’s products:
- Go to gempikat.com
- Click on ‘SHOP’
- Choose the product that you would like to purchase
- Click on ‘ADD TO CART’
- Continue to shop
- Or if you are done, click on the cart image on the top right of the page
- Click on ‘CHECK OUT’
- Fill in the ‘BILLING DETAILS’
- Choose your method of payment: via Bank Transfer or Online Banking (BillPlz)
- Click on ‘PLACE ORDER’
Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing it?
No, your order will be processed immediately after you have placed your order so choose wisely!
Can I change my shipping address?
You may change within 1 hour after the order is placed. Just send us a DM on Instagram or WhatsApp at +6011-2727 6535
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Check that your billing details match what you have entered into our system. That may be the problem but if it is not the case, you can always use Direct Bank Transfer.
What are the payment methods?
We offer FOUR types of payment methods:
Direct Bank Transfer (Once you have placed your order, you can either make payment via your online banking or via CDM. You then have to email us the proof of payment before we proceed with your order).
Billplz (Billplz is an Online Payment Gateway that accepts payments for online transactions, through credit/debit cards, Maybank QRPay, TnG E-wallet, or Internet Banking (FPX)).
Do you do Cash On Delivery (COD)?
We’re sorry but all transactions are online for now.
How long does it take for my items to arrive?
Items will be shipped out every Tuesday and Friday. Orders usually arrive the next day, however, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. Process and delivery of orders may be slightly delayed during promotions and offers.
Do you do international shipping?
Yes – to selected countries! But do note that it will take a longer time for your items to arrive.

I’ve purchased the wrong size/color. Can I change it?
We’re sorry but all sales are final.
My item is damaged/ I’ve received the wrong item. Help!
Kindly email us at email@example.com with the picture of your damaged item as well as your details and receipts within 7 days of receiving the items. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your email.
I have other questions but it’s not here. Who should I contact?

Returns and Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds due to hygienic reasons except if items received are defective or damaged.
To proceed with the refund, you would have to return the defective item to us. Once the return is received, we will proceed with the refund which will be offered in the form of store credit equivalent to the amount of the purchased item.
If you think your order is applicable for a refund, send us an email at email@example.com. Complaints must be made not more than seven (7) days after the item(s) is received.
We always ensure products are in good condition before shipping them out. We only accept exchanges if they are defective or damaged exclusive of damages to the packaging.
Item(s) has not been used and is in the original packaging.
Item(s) cannot be exchanged with different colors or products even if they have the same price.
Item(s) must be posted within seven (7) upon receiving local delivery. Item(s) received more than seven (7) days will not be entertained.
Item(s) exchange is subject to stock availability.

We are unable to offer any replacement for any other reasons (eg. change of preference).
Sale items are final meaning they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
